Public Offer

1. Definitions

Service — the Seoric platform (seoric.com). Tokens — the internal currency. Customer — a user who accepted this offer.

2. Subject

2.1. The Provider grants the Customer access to AI article and image generation; the Customer pays according to the published pricing. 2.2. The service is the ability to create articles and images for a given topic and parameters.

3. Delivery

3.1. Access is granted after registration, email verification and topping up the token balance. 3.2. Tokens are charged for actually completed generation: an estimate is reserved at start, the actual amount is charged on completion, the remainder is returned. 3.3. The result is delivered electronically via the Service interface immediately upon completion (instant digital delivery). 3.4. If a system failure prevents completion, tokens for unfinished stages are automatically returned to the balance.

4. Payment

4.1. Token package prices are published on the Pricing page. 4.2. Payments are made in Russian rubles via the payment systems listed on the site. A fiscal receipt is sent by the payment provider to the Customer's email. 4.3. Tokens are non-refundable except as described on the Refund page.

5. Liability

5.1. The Service is provided "as is"; no commercial effect of generated materials is guaranteed. 5.2. The Provider is not liable for unavailability caused by third parties.
